We have the honor to invite you to experience Sustain, a new addition to Miami’s great Conscious Restaurants right in the heart of Midtown, Miami! With its modern American fare prepared from local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients, Sustain’s Executive Chef  Alejandro Pinero, is sure to impress South Florida’s conscious foodies. Driving towards sustainability, the restaurant  is committed to using seafood that complies with the Monterey Bay Fish Guide, grass-fed meat and produce from local sources and sustainable producers as well as an Eco tropical-style design that incorporates the craftmanship of local artisans, reclaimed wood, VOC-free paints and LED lighting among other.

Together  we have created a very special evening on Thursday December 16th, at 7:30 in the evening, with a delicious & local  5 course dinner fresh from farm to table, an organic wine tasting, life enhancing information, goodie bags and much more.


Appetizers: Home-made Soft Pretzels with Wholegrain Mustard and Orange Blossom Honey / Mini Grilled Cheese, Rock Shrimp and Mushrooms / Stone Crab Salad over Endive Spears.

“50 mile salad”: Wood Oven Roasted Beets, Pickled Onions, Paradise Farms Brassica  and Feta Cheese.

Soup: Curried Kabocha Squash with Spicy Peanuts.

Main: Local Yellowtail Snapper , Roasted Jerusalem Artichokes, Slow-cooked Tomatoes, Olives and Ocean Broth. Vegetarian Option: Home-made Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter, Sage and Pumpkin Oil.

DesertKey Lime Pie,  Key Lime creme brulee , Meringue and Graham Cracker Lime Curd Cookie.
