Truly dedicated to providing products that are both good for the body and the environment, Chef Frans’ culinary philosophies reflect a passion for healthier and whole food living. Her cuisine is inventive, globally-inspired and flavorful, using ingredients from her organic garden as well as seasonal produce from local farmers.
The evening will start at 6:45 p.m. with a Welcoming Cocktail Reception in the Garden Area, where you will be able to Meet & Greet Chef Julie as she tours you through her organic garden. Enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres from the garden’s bounty while you sip on Refreshing Lemon Basil VeeVtinis. Dinner to follow.
