Join us for our first 2013 dinner series and start the year FRESH!

Thursday, January 31st at 7:30 in the evening at The Sacred Space Miami, the hip and talented team from Jugofresh: Chef Darren Laszlo and owner Matthew Sherman, will be delighting your senses with a refreshing menu composed of only the highest quality ingredients found locally. These guys are not only known for hand crafting the most nutrient dense and delicious organic pressed juices and smoothies in town… they also have a passion for cooking sexy raw and vegan meals that will leave you feeling ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, so good.

The night will begin with “Stationed Drunkenness and Tasty ┬áTreats” as the Jugofresh crew will be mixing cocktails that pair with some creative and fun hors d’oeuvres. Think crazy healthy lounge drinks paired with small really powerful bites. Then, take your spot at our beautiful candle-lit communal table to enjoy an intimate 4 course dining experience paired with organic wines.

1st Course: Red Cabbage Gazpacho, Verjus Grape Mustard Ice, Cashew Cream Sphere, Malted Popcorn

2nd Course: Crunchy kale, Dressed Arugula, Poached Pear, Macadamia Nut, Espervette Vinaigrette

3rd Course: Braised Lentils and Mustard Garnet Greens, Thai Style Carrots and Romanesco, Coconut Curry, Tomato Air

4th Course: Vietnamese Cashew Ice Cream Afogado, Ezeikiel Bread Chocolate Ganache Sandwhich, Olive Oil Powder

*Dinner will feature Witt Road Organics produce from Fort Myers, Florida. The owner and visionary behind this new farm will be joining us for dinner.

*We are happy to accommodate your diet restrictions as best we can.

*Gluten free options are always available.

Cost: $85/person (includes a variety of specialty cocktails made with Jugofresh’s superfood juice blends as well as an organic wine pairing with dinner.)
