Join us on Thursday, February 28th at 7:30 p.m. at The Sacred Space as Chef Keith Kalmanowicz awakens your palate to a truly Exotic Vegetarian Dining Experience using his creative culinary talents, his fresh and simple approach to food and the abundance of nature’s gifts available at local Florida Farms that are all within 100 miles of The Sacred Space. Enjoy appetizers and a 4-course menu composed of local, seasonal and organic ingredients delivered fresh from farm to your spot on our stunning candle-lit communal table.

Previously Chef at Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, Kalmanowicz is also the creator and head chef of Love & Vegetables, a monthly vegan pop up event that  takes place at Earth N’ Us Farm, a one acre permaculture sanctuary. His specialty is in Conscious Eating with the goal of providing his guests with delicious food that satisfies the taste buds and nourishes the soul. He has a passion for planning his menu around plant based food that is organic and sourced locally (within 100 miles if possible) and is actively involved in various School Garden Projects.






Menu Includes:

Herbal-Infused Passed Hors D’oeuvres ~ Paired with Botanical Farm Kombuchas.

Amuse Bouche ~ Fermented FL Sem-Chi Rice Cracker with House Fermented Kimchi.

5 Mile Greens Salad with Honeybell Vinaigrette ~ Kale, Lettuce, Herbs, Collard Greens, Callou, Chard and Other Yummy Greens Sourced from Earth N’Us Farm, Little Haiti Community Garden and Little River CSA (all within 5 miles of The Sacred Space).

Teena’s Pride Heirloom Tomato Soup ~ Sun Ripened Tricolor Tomatoes, Lemon Basil Sorbet.

Confit Byaldi ~ A Mixture of Seasonal Vegetables Thinly Sliced and Lightly Roasted with a Piperade Sauce and Herb-Infused Vinaigrette.

Strawberry Salad ~ Juicy Hand Picked Organic Strawberries, Red Wine Sorbet.

~ Most of the ingredients from this meal will be locally sourced as close to home as possible.~ Menu is subject to change based on what is available. ~ We do our best to accommodate your diet restrictions. ~ Vegan and Gluten Free Options are always available.
